The Best Training Company Award 2017 was awarded to DE BUEDEMLE\u00cbR.<\/h1>\n

7 december 2017[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”big”]The objective of the “best training company” prize is to put a Luxembourg company in the spotlight for its policy in the field of learning, whether it is initial or lifelong learning.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”192″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=”.vc_custom_1647509767755{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”186″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=”.vc_custom_1647509786945{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”189″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=”.vc_custom_1647509802051{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section][vc_section][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Thanks to an innovative apprenticeship initiative<\/strong>, we were awarded the prize for the best training company in 2017. Ben Jungers, our managing director, set up an exchange between a Luxembourg apprentice and his German counterpart with the help of the chamber of crafts<\/strong>. During the three weeks of the experience, the two apprentices, Luca and Christian, were visibly excited by this (too short) adventure and were able to learn about the differences between the two sides of the Moselle.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section][vc_section][vc_row][vc_column][vc_video link=”https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ZdgTp7DyOt0&ab_channel=deBuedemle%C3%ABr” align=”center” css=”.vc_custom_1647510134013{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section][vc_section][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Apprenticeship, whether at the beginning or at the end of a career<\/strong>, is one of our core values. Thus, we regularly participate in training and company visits, and we also offer our young apprentices the opportunity to gain experience in the professional world, outside our company, internationally or in another profession.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”195″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=”.vc_custom_1651578805327{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}” el_class=”post-smaller-img”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section][vc_section][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Apprenticeship is the basis of professional training. By encouraging the transmission of values to apprentices such as: love of work, respect, professional behavior, identification with the values of the profession, team spirit and surpassing oneself, apprenticeship enriches both professional and personal life.<\/p>\n
