We are proud to have been doing this exciting work for a quarter of a century.
To reach 25 years of professional life is a guarantee of confidence; confidence obtained from our customers of course, but also from our employees, who every day contribute to make us what we are today.
Because our employees share the values of our family business, such as respect for the customer, love of a job well done, training and staff safety, we decided to pay tribute to them and their team spirit by celebrating this event exclusively in-house. During a small and relaxed party in the restaurant we were able to spend some convivial moments.
This anniversary was also an opportunity to improve our “Work life balance”. It was decided that everyone would have their birthday as a personal holiday and that 0.5 extra days of vacation would be granted for every 5 years of service*.
* Update of 21/12/2021: 1 extra day off for each decade of seniority (10, 20, 30 years…), while maintaining 0.5 days off for half-decades (5, 15, 25 years…).
