Since the creation of our company, we believe in the benefits of mutual respect and sharing. This belief – which is part of our DNA – structures the relationships we have with our team members. It is by working together, hand in hand, that we ensure the sustainability of our jobs and build an appreciable work environment.
In this article we would like to give you some examples of the non-mandatory rules that we, the directors of de Buedemleër, wanted to introduce in the company.
In order to constantly improve the know-how of the whole team and to maintain a pleasant and safe working environment, we continuously invest in the training of our staff and in the acquisition of efficient equipment. This takes the form of:

Since 2006, I find plenty of pleasure in my work and feel more like a family member, than “just” an employee.

The relationship with management is sincere and based on reciprocity, there is always someone to lend an attentive ear to everyone’s needs.
In order to ensure that the pool of trained technical personnel is sufficient and renewed, it is important that professional actors like us get involved in training young apprentices. We have therefore set up our training program “Leier by de Buedemleër”, which gives young people the opportunity to learn a trade and gives them perspectives. The realization of an international exchange of apprentices, earned us the award for the best training company in 2017.
As mentalities evolve and given the shortage of qualified workers in the professions we offer, we are aware that in order to attract new generations we must create a pleasant working atmosphere for everyone.
